Office hours are by appointment only. By calling our main number, (859) 331-0774, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., and asking for Centralized Scheduling. Your appointment will be scheduled with your physician and office location of choice.

Our schedulers are dedicated to working with you to find a time and location that is most convenient for you. To ensure that your appointment fits your needs, please call the office 2-3 months in advance for routine office visits. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We can then use this time to see other patients.
