If you need a refill on an existing prescription, and you get your prescriptions locally, ask your pharmacy to send your prescription refill electronicly. Please allow 24 hours for your prescription to be processed Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Mail-in pharmacies require various paperwork be completed before refilling your prescription. Allow 3-4 weeks for the paperwork and prescription to be processed when going through the mail. Forward any paperwork received from the pharmacy, regarding your refill, that needs completed by your physician as soon as you receive the information.

Cardiology Associates realizes that the cost of medicine can be quite expensive. To help alleviate some expense, we offer samples to our patients. Since the samples are provided to us from pharmaceutical companies at no cost, we may not always have available the type of medication you need. Ask your physician’s medical assistant if samples are available for the medications you take. After requesting samples, please allow 24 hours for us to get them ready.
